Regina Pimenta

CEO
With a degree in Journalism from USP's School of Communications and Arts, she developed her career in economics and business, later specializing in technology. Before setting up Pimenta, she worked for the country's leading publications, such as O Globo, Gazeta Mercantil, Exame and Veja, as well as specialized media. At the head of his agency, he gained experience in the logistics, retail, entertainment, telecommunications and information technology sectors and in a wide range of communication areas, such as planning, consultancy and media training.

Ana Carolina Rodrigues

Strategy and client relations leader
Ana follows the country's main media on a daily basis in order to know exactly where and how to pitch Pimenta's clients' stories. She has more than a decade's experience in writing and in-depth knowledge of the financial, technology, innovation and sustainability sectors. She writes on all subjects and knows the way to offer reporters and editors a good story. She began her career at Diário do Grande ABC, and also joined the team at Agora S. Paulo (Folha Group) and Jornal da Tarde (Estado Group), where she was a columnist. She was an assistant editor at Turner International do Brasil.

Rosa Sposito

Content and innovation leader
With a degree in Journalism from USP's School of Communication and Arts, she began her career in a daily newspaper, later working in radio and magazines, covering economics and business. She specialized in information technology, having worked for the magazines RNT - Revista Nacional de Telecomunicações (National Telecommunications Magazine), Exame Informática, the newspaper Informática Hoje and participated, as sub-editor, in the design of the IT section of O Estado de São Paulo, where she remained for 11 years. As a freelancer, she has collaborated with publications such as Gazeta Mercantil and Valor Econômico. She specializes in media training and has trained more than 100 executives.

Tatiana Cantoni

Service and new business leader
Tatiana joined the Pimenta team in 2009 and became a minority partner in 2015. In those 15 years, she has served more than 100 clients from the most significant sectors of the economy and traveled with dozens of journalists throughout Brazil and abroad to coordinate coverage of national and international events. Tati pulls all the strings together to deliver the results her clients expect, and is always one step ahead of everything, keeping the team moving at a fast pace. A native of Rio de Janeiro, she has a degree in journalism from the Faculdades Integradas Hélio Alonso, in Rio de Janeiro, and her biggest difficulty in her career was getting used to the sudden change of climate in São Paulo.

Pedro Carvalho

Digital leader
Pedro is responsible for Pimenta's digital strategies, always keeping in mind the best opportunities to target, promote and boost client messages. A graduate of Uni FIAMFAAM, Pedro began his career as an intern in the radio listening area of TV Bandeirantes, then joined the team at Quatro Rodas and Viagem e Turismo magazines, as well as Guia Quatro Rodas. He has been part of the Pimenta team since August 2018.

Elza Azevedo

Operations leader
Responsible for all the agency's support activities, Elza is in charge of both the administrative and financial areas, as well as human resources and contracts. She has consolidated Pimenta's portfolio of national and international suppliers, key partners for the various events run by the agency.

Luiza Carvalho

Monitoring and evaluation leader
Luiza has been at Pimenta for three years and is responsible for evaluating the activities carried out by the agency and preparing monthly and annual analytical and comparative reports that make it possible to measure the progress of the work for each client. A multitasker, she helps organize events and is in the final stages of her public relations training.

Genilson Alves

Branded content leader
Genilson has worked in the press office since 2010. At Pimenta, he divides his time between content production and promotion strategy. He has a degree in Journalism from Uninove and a postgraduate degree in History of Religions from Unicsul. He works as a volunteer in communications for animal protection organizations. He used to be a fanzine editor and a writer for the Whiplash portal, where he wrote reviews of records, books and concerts.

Experienced, creative and close-knit, the employees are Pimenta's main asset.
The same team accompanies the customer from the first contact, which eliminates the negative impacts of
high turnover in customer service.
